The term “hard pants” is my favorite pandemic related nomenclature because even when you heard it the first time, you knew exactly to what it referred - typical pants that dig into the waist a little (or a lot) - that we all wore without thought or complaint before we wore sweatpants for a year and a half. Animal print has always been a mainstay in fashion. Sometimes, we see more of it than usual, but it's always there. That's why I tend to never say it's a trend. I just don't think it is. I have clothes, shoes, and accessories that have animal prints on them that I've had for years. Not only that, but I also feel like you see it in the spring and fall.
